We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 8 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a late cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment please give more than 8 hours notice, less than eight hours notice will result in a charge to the card on file unless another appointment has been rescheduled that same day. Cancellations with in the 8 hour window must be confirmed through Glossgenius or by Sylvia. LATE POLICY: there is a 8 minute grace period when you are running late to your appointment. If you arrive after the eight minute mark you may be subject to losing your appointment and being charged a fee to the card on file. NO SHOW POLICY: failure to show up to your appointment will result in a nonrefundable charge to the card on file amounting to the cost of the service/services booked for that day
